If you have not yet received a password to login to the BASSA website, you can now reset your password by clicking forgotten password.
In order to reset it you will need your email address, staff number and your Unite membership number.
To change your personal details you will need to login to the Unite website. The password for it is the password you used on the old BASSA website. If you can’t login, you can email Unite at email@example.com , they will be able to send you a new password or you can email them the personal details you want to change.
Please note if you have changed your details recently, this will take sometime before it reflects on the BASSA website, as the data is received from Unite.
