It is important that we have your correct address, phone number and email on file. We might need to contact you, and you don’t want to miss out! 

You can check these details by logging into the BASSA website, then click on “About You” which immediately takes you through to the Unite website where you can edit and change your details. 

If you have forgotten your BASSA website log in details it’s easy to reset your password. Just click on “forgotten password” (bottom right of the page) You don’t need to enter anything else, just click on “forgotten password” then enter the last registered email address we had for you. Don’t worry – we won’t send a reminder there, the next page will allow you to create a new password. You’ll need your Unite membership number. We can give that to you if you don’t have it, but you’ll find it normally on your membership card. 

Still having problems? You can email us with your new details. Remember that sometimes our emails end up in your spam (especially Hotmail) but important emails are also on the BASSA website, so you need not miss out on the latest news.

The password for the BASSA app is the same as for the website. If you change your website password,  it’ll take a few minutes for the app password to update. In the App Store ours is the one with the red bus.
