As a member of Unite, you will shortly be receiving your ballot to vote on the 2019-2021 Pay Offer from British Airways.
Last Friday the Unite Pay Committee met to endorse the pay offer and it is supported by the following areas:
BASSA cabin crew
Engineers including Welsh sites
A Scales & HCS2012
LGW cabin crew and ground staff including GCS2014
Some areas will use electronic balloting so please keep an eye on your emails, others will use a paper ballot.
If you do not receive your electronic ballot or instruction for the paper ballot by 5pm on Monday please contact your area’s Unite representatives, who will be organising the ballot. For BASSA cabin crew members only please check junk/spam if not received and then email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can send you a link to the ballot.
If the pay deal is accepted, then your pay will be increased by either 4% or £700 (whichever is the greater amount) AND you will receive the £750 additional bonus (pro-rated for part time colleagues) AND applicable back pay (to January/Feb/March depending on area) in your August salary.
British Airways have confirmed this is their final offer.
